Everything a tour needs on the portal, set from here. Each part saves on its own. Files are kept with the site; nothing here needs a change to the site's code.

1. Landing page artwork

The program's own title artwork (the stamp) shown under the logo with the buttons beneath it. Any image, about 900 pixels wide; a PNG or WebP with a white border reads best.

2. Memories banner

The wide photograph across the top of the Memories page, with its caption. About 2400 x 900 pixels; the page crops it to the screen.

3. Traveler's Booklet

Upload the finished PDF. The flip book (page images, search, contents links) is built here in your browser and posted; the PDF itself becomes the Download PDF button. The Traveler Itinerary PDF becomes the Download Itinerary button.

A booklet of 25 pages takes about a minute. Keep this page open until it says Saved.

4. Tour Leader documents

Type the Tour Leader password, choose the documents, and press Lock and post. Each file is locked in your browser with a key made from the password; only the locked copies are posted. The Handbook also becomes the locked flip book.

No documents are posted yet. The password you type here is the one the Tour Leader area will open with.

A 30 page Handbook takes two to three minutes. Keep this page open until it says Posted. Test afterward: open the Tour Leaders button on the landing page and sign in with the password.
